When to pay
Book more than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, and you can either pay the full amount or a deposit. You'll have to pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday starts. If you don't pay the balance when it's due, we may cancel your holiday and you won't get your deposit back.
If you book less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, you'll have to pay in full.
Instalment payments are possible if booking holiday takes place 8 weeks beforehand.
Payments only by bank transfer.
Cancellation
We really hope you don't end up cancelling your holiday but if you do, here’s what you'll get back:
Over 4 weeks before start of your holiday – we keep only the deposit
Under 4 weeks before start of your holiday – no refunds
If we have to change your holiday – a full refund will be provided
Checking-in time
Check-in time is 1500. If you arrive before your check-in time, you can relax and enjoy our facilities until we're ready for you. If you're planning to arrive after 6pm or are running late, it is not a problem. We'll assume you're not coming and will cancel your booking without a refund if you haven't arrived by 10am the following day - unless you tell us beforehand.
Check-out time is 10am. Please remember to leave the van the way you found it and always leave your pitch or holiday home looking good.
